Overview

Conduct mechanical analysis and laboratory testing to evaluate footwear product performance, materials, and components.
Provide technical responses and support to AdiLab regarding testing results, technical issues, and validation requirements.
Validate innovative materials, constructions, and technologies to ensure compliance with technical and performance standards.
Analyze testing data and provide technical recommendations to support product development and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with R&D, engineering, development, and commercialization teams to ensure technical alignment throughout product development stages.
Develop and maintain laboratory testing procedures, protocols, and technical documentation.
Ensure accuracy, reliability, and consistency of laboratory testing results and analysis reports.
Support troubleshooting activities related to product performance, durability, and material functionality.
Monitor and implement industry testing standards, methodologies, and best practices.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to testing processes, validation methods, and technical analysis capabilities.
Ensure laboratory activities comply with company standards, customer requirements, and safety regulations.
