Overview

New Project Industrialization
Develop and validate manufacturing processes for new automotive projects from feasibility study to mass production.
Design process flow, production layout, line balancing, cycle time, and capacity.
Prepare PFMEA, process documentation, and technical specifications for machines and tooling.
Coordinate equipment/tooling trials and ensure smooth NPI/APQP implementation.
Process Improvement
Drive Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, Poka-Yoke, and automation projects to improve productivity, quality, safety, and cost.
Optimize processes, reduce waste and material consumption, and improve process stability.
Mass Production & Problem Solving
Work with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and resolve production issues.
Implement corrective and preventive actions to ensure stable mass production.
Support IATF 16949 / customer audits and continuously improve process standards.
