- Execute growth strategies across multiple online advertising and retail channels
- Manage multiple email marketing campaigns
- Lead paid advertising on marketing and social media channels
- Own the time and money efficiency and results of your entire team
- At least 3 years of managing winning teams that bring company strategies and plans into success (demonstrable data is required, such as dashboards or reports)
- Hands-on ability to do the work yourself, as you build the marketing
- Extremely proficient handle on metrics, particularly when it comes to costs and return on advertising spend
- Experience working with and building AI agent-based processes
- Fluent English and Vietnamese as you will be interacting frequently with both languages
