Overview

Manage operation and maintenance staffs to perform operation and maintenance activities.
Ensure production line run smoothly and achieve target.
Ensure HSSE targets to be achieved and comply with company policy, government law.
Carry out HSSE training for staff when require.
Optimize production condition.
Report to plant manager.
Technical University backgroud (industrial, chemical, mechanical,...)
3-5 years experience in chemical/petrochemical/textile...plant, at least 2 years experience as production leader/supervisor.
Have experience with control room work and site work.
Have experience to manage maintenance tasks in factory.
Familiar to perform HSSE activities during operation.
Self-motivated, open-mind, target orientation...
Communicate in English or Chinese (Chinese priority)
