Overview
- 負責與供應商核對往來帳目，管理應收與應付帳款
- 使用會計軟體（如 MISA 或 SAP）進行日常帳務錄入
- 管理進項及銷項發票，處理發票作廢或變更，並依規定申報發票使用狀況
- 協助處理進出口相關發票及稅務文件
- 核對銀行每月對帳單，處理匯出入匯款申請及相關單據，登錄銀行匯率
- 製作現金收支表（區分有無發票），管理應收應付帳款餘額表
- 整理與追蹤各類合約（工程合約、買賣合約、借貸合約、租賃合約等），建立合約追蹤表
- 負責員工考勤管理及薪資計算
