Overview

Managing all import and export activities via sea, air, and multimodal transport.
Manage Forwarding team’s workload and workforce, assign tasks that fits each person’s ability
Checking cost for freight, inland transportation, cross border, warehouse
Having knowledge of project cargo is preferred.
Establish, maintain relationships with and monitor performance of shipping lines, airlines, co-loaders, international forwarders, overseas agents, trucking companies, warehouses, etc., to optimize costs and service quality.
Control risks during cargo handling and delivery, and lead the handling of any incidents that arise.
Performing tasks and reports as per Board of Director's request
Supporting and following customer request with staff.
