Overview
- Phối hợp với Phòng Điều độ trong việc phân bổ, điều chỉnh lịch bay tiếp viên hàng không (TVHK), đảm bảo đủ nguồn lực và đúng tiêu chuẩn khai thác
- Triển khai các quy định, chương trình, tiêu chuẩn và thông báo tới TVHK theo yêu cầu của Công ty và Lãnh đạo; đảm bảo thông tin được truyền đạt đầy đủ, kịp thời và chính xác
- Theo dõi, tiếp nhận và xử lý các trường hợp phát sinh (báo ốm, thay đổi lịch bay, vi phạm quy định, hành vi tiêu cực, khen thưởng…)
- Điều tra sự vụ, tổ chức giải trình, đánh giá nguyên nhân và đề xuất phương án xử lý phù hợp
- Thực hiện chấm công, kiểm soát mã công, đối soát dữ liệu và phối hợp đảm bảo tính chính xác trong tính lương TVHK
- Tham gia kiểm tra, giám sát việc tuân thủ quy định và tiêu chuẩn của TVHK trong thực tế vận hành
- Cập nhật dữ liệu TVHK và lập báo cáo phục vụ công tác quản lý, điều hành
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của cấp quản lý
- Coordinate with the Operations Control/Dispatch Department in assigning and adjusting cabin crew schedules, ensuring sufficient manpower and compliance with operational standards
- Implement regulations, programs, standards, and communications to cabin crew as required by the Company and Management; ensure information is delivered fully, accurately, and in a timely manner
- Monitor, receive, and handle arising cases (sick reports, roster changes, regulatory violations, misconduct, commendations, etc.)
- Conduct incident investigations, organize explanations, assess root causes, and propose appropriate corrective actions
- Perform timesheet management, control working codes, reconcile data, and coordinate to ensure payroll accuracy for cabin crew
- Participate in inspections and monitoring of cabin crew compliance with regulations and standards in actual operations
- Update cabin crew data and prepare reports to support management and operational control
