Overview

  • Quản lý và điều hành toàn bộ hoạt động báo giá (Costing) của các chương trình phát triển và sản xuất giày thể thao.
  • Kiểm soát tính chính xác của giá thành sản phẩm dựa trên nguyên vật liệu, nhân công, chi phí sản xuất và các chi phí liên quan.
  • Phối hợp với các bộ phận Development, Engineering, Sourcing, Planning, Production và Finance để xây dựng phương án giá tối ưu.
  • Phân tích biến động chi phí, đề xuất các giải pháp tối ưu giá thành và nâng cao lợi nhuận.
  • Làm việc trực tiếp với khách hàng bằng tiếng Anh về các vấn đề liên quan đến báo giá khi cần.
  • Quản lý, đào tạo và phát triển đội ngũ Costing.
  • Lead and manage the Costing team to ensure timely and accurate product costing.
  • Review and analyze product costs, including materials, labor, manufacturing overhead, tooling, packaging, and logistics.
  • Work closely with Development, Engineering, Sourcing, Production, Planning, and Finance to develop competitive costing strategies.
  • Monitor cost fluctuations and identify opportunities for cost reduction and profit improvement.
  • Support customer negotiations by providing accurate costing analysis and recommendations.
  • Maintain and improve costing databases, processes, and reporting systems.
  • Coach, develop, and evaluate team members to achieve departmental goals.
  • Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học các chuyên ngành liên quan.
  • Có tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Costing/Báo giá tại các công ty sản xuất giày thể thao, trong đó có kinh nghiệm quản lý đội ngũ.
  • Am hiểu quy trình phát triển và sản xuất giày thể thao, cấu trúc giá thành và BOM.
  • Có khả năng phân tích số liệu, tư duy logic và giải quyết vấn đề tốt.
  • Tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt, có khả năng trao đổi công việc với khách hàng và đối tác nước ngoài.
  • Thành thạo Microsoft Excel; biết ERP/SAP là một lợi thế.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Footwear Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Footwear Costing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong knowledge of athletic footwear manufacturing processes, BOM, material costing, and cost analysis.
  • Experience working with international sports brands is highly preferred.
  • Good command of spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and global teams.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with ERP/SAP is an advantage.
