Overview

Collect abnormal issues of the company's internal systems and serve as the communication contact with the Taiwan team, including ERP, PLM, PORTAL, WEBISO, EMS, etc.
Perform monthly routine maintenance, compile statistical data, and prepare documents for WEBISO27001 audit and certification.
Act as a Project Manager (PM), be familiar with the company’s internal system processes, and serve as the main point of contact with users for new projects or existing system improvements.
Thu thập các vấn đề bất thường của hệ thống nội bộ công ty và làm đầu mối liên hệ với phía Đài Loan, bao gồm ERP, PLM, PORTAL, WEBISO, EMS…
Thực hiện bảo trì định kỳ hàng tháng, thống kê dữ liệu và chuẩn bị tài liệu cho kiểm định chứng nhận WEBISO27001.
Đóng vai trò PM, am hiểu quy trình các hệ thống nội bộ của công ty, có thể làm đầu mối chính để trao đổi với người dùng trong các dự án mới hoặc các hệ thống hiện có.
