Overview

Expand sales and develop business opportunities with existing MT customers (Nationwide).
Formulate and execute Sales Strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives
Manage sales forecasts, sales budgets, and channel performance to ensure sustainable growth.
Lead commercial negotiations, new SKU listings, promotions, and annual business plans with key retailers.
Start business with new customers from scratch
Lead, coach, and develop SV and SR to achieve assigned targets.
