Overview
- Job Purpose / Mục tiêu công việc
- To ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with local
- Ensure accurate and timely tax filings and reporting (VAT, PIT, CIT).
- Đảm bảo kê khai và báo cáo thuế chính xác, đúng hạn (GTGT, TNCN
- TNDN).
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Lập báo cáo tài chính hàng tháng, quý và năm.
- Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Theo dõi và quản lý công nợ phải thu và phải trả.
- Manage fixed assets and inventory accounting.
- Quản lý kế toán tài sản cố định và hàng tồn kho.
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.
- Phối hợp với kiểm toán viên trong các kỳ kiểm toán nội bộ và bên
- ngoài.
- Ensure compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and
- company policies.
- Đảm bảo tuân thủ chuẩn mực kế toán Việt Nam (VAS) và chính sách
- công ty.
- Support the Finance Manager in budgeting, forecasting, and financial
- analysis.
- Hỗ trợ Trưởng phòng Tài chính trong công tác lập ngân sách, dự báo và
- phân tích tài chính.
- Understanding of and experience with contractor tax and global
- minimum tax (if any).
- Hiểu biết và làm về thuế nhà thầu, tối thiểu toàn cầu (nếu có)
- Guide junior accounting staff and review their work.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial data.
- Bảo mật và đảm bảo tính toàn vẹn của dữ liệu tài chính.
