Overview
- The HR & Admin Officer is responsible for supporting the full spectrum of Human Resources and Administration activities for the production site. The role ensures effective workforce management, payroll and statutory compliance, employee relations, recruitment, and factory administration while supporting a safe, productive, and compliant manufacturing environment.

- HR Operations (60%):
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for factory employees and staff, ensuring adequate manpower to support production requirements.
- Administer employee records, attendance, leave, overtime, payroll data, social insurance, health insurance, and personal income tax in compliance with Vietnam labor regulations.
- Support employee relations activities, disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and employee engagement initiatives to maintain a positive workplace.
- Coordinate training programs, orientation, performance review processes, and workforce development activities for production employees.
- Ensure HR policies, procedures, and employment practices comply with Vietnam labor laws and company requirements.
- Administration Support (40%):
- Oversee daily administrative operations of the production site, including office and factory supplies, uniforms, canteen services, transportation, and housekeeping.
- Manage contracts and relationships with vendors, service providers, and government authorities related to factory operations.
- Support audits, inspections, licenses, permits, and statutory reporting requirements for the factory.
- Coordinate company events, employee welfare programs, visitor management, and travel arrangements as needed.
- Support HR projects, process improvement initiatives, and digitalization programs.
- Prepare HR and manpower reports for local management and regional HR teams.
- Participate in internal and external audits related to HR, labor compliance, and administration.
- Support employee communication and change management initiatives.
