Overview

Look out for potential customers in the shoe industry
Communicate with customers for new assigned projects and manage customer relationships
Make plan and control the product projects which will be run in proper ways to meet the project target/ customer needs/standards
Report the project activities to the Development Director & BOD
Manage the assigned project developer in team
Deliver concise and objective monthly reports with focus on deliverables and proposals for change.
Forecast and production planning with customers
Project (plastic injection) follow ups (testing, sample confirmation and review)
Prepare handover documents, quality manuals and SOPs.
Supervise the quality and quantity of the new projects.
Raising MS Office Power Point presentation together with the Dev. Team
