Overview

Nhận và kiểm tra thông tin booking từ vendor.
Receive and double check booking information from vendor.
Liên hệ các bên liên quan về các vấn đề liên quan tới PO.
Contact relevant parties for booking or PO matters.
Nhập thông tin booking vào báo cáo và hệ thống.
Adding booking information to report offline and company’s system.
Gửi phê duyệt cho các bên liên quan để đặt chỗ với các hãng tàu.
Approve booking to origin office and assign carrier per allocation.
Lên kế hoạch consol hàng tuần.
Plan and build weekly single buyer consol.
Theo dõi và cập nhật tình hình booking từ các bên liên quan.
Request booking status from carrier/forwarder/origin office for assigned booking.
Gửi yêu cầu lấy và submit SI, VGM, chứng từ và BL release status từ các bên liên quan.
Request shipping SI, VGM, documents and BL released status from vendor and submit to relevant parties.
Xin thông tin AMS và ISF rồi gửi các bên liên quan.
Request AMS and ISF information and send it to relevant parties.
Đảm bảo độ chính xác của báo cáo và hệ thống.
Maintain team reports and company’s system.
Một số task khác được quản lý yêu cầu.
Other relevant tasks requested by manager.
