Overview
- Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to identify scope of work, discrepancies, potential risks, or ambiguities.
- Conduct measurements and quantity take-offs to establish the Bill of Quantities (BQ) and Material Lists for the project scope.
- Issue Requests for Information (RFIs) to consutlants to resolve queries and gathering sufficient tender information for accurate pricing.
- Calling and compile quotations from the suppliers/ subcontractors.
- Compile, review, and finalize the commercial submission package.
- Execute additional QS tasks or ad-hoc support as assigned by the management team
