Overview

We are looking for an Accounting Specialist with relevant experience in the Logistics industry to join our team for the responsibilities as below:
Issue VAT invoices, make SOA to credit customer timely.
Be responsible for following up payment from customer; prepare monthly aging report and bad debt to management.
Check and reconcile with bank accounts timely.
Check payment request and arrange payment to carriers/ vendors.
Check and verify the SOA with vendors.
Responsible for customer/ vendor credit management (credit limits, payment terms, and contract terms).
Record data source into MISA.
