Overview

  • Quality Control & Product Inspection
  • Kiểm soát và kiểm tra chất lượng
  • Thực hiện và giám sát đội ngũ QC kiểm tra chất lượng nguyên liệu, bán thành phẩm và thành phẩm theo tiêu chuẩn của công ty và khách hàng.
  • Perform and supervise the QC team in inspecting raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products according to company and customer specifications.
  • Đảm bảo việc kiểm tra được thực hiện đúng phương pháp lấy mẫu, tiêu chuẩn kiểm tra và tần suất quy định.
  • Ensure inspections are carried out in accordance with approved sampling methods, inspection standards and frequencies.
  • Giám sát việc kiểm soát chất lượng tại tất cả các công đoạn sản xuất và kho vận.
  • Monitor quality control activities throughout production and warehouse operations.
  • Đào tạo và hướng dẫn nhân viên QC về tiêu chuẩn chất lượng, phương pháp kiểm tra và nhận biết lỗi.
  • Train QC personnel on quality standards, inspection methods and defect identification.
  • Food Safety & Quality System
  • Hệ thống An toàn thực phẩm và Chất lượng
  • Đảm bảo việc thực hiện GMP, SSOP, HACCP và các chương trình tiên quyết (PRPs) trong toàn nhà máy.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, SSOP, HACCP and prerequisite programs (PRPs) throughout the facility.
  • Theo dõi việc kiểm soát CCP, OPRP (nếu áp dụng) và các yêu cầu về an toàn thực phẩm.
  • Monitor CCPs, OPRPs (where applicable) and food safety requirements.
  • Kiểm tra việc thực hiện vệ sinh nhà xưởng, thiết bị và môi trường sản xuất.
  • Verify sanitation practices for production areas, equipment and the working environment.
  • Giám sát chương trình kiểm soát dị vật, chất gây dị ứng, hóa chất và côn trùng.
  • Supervise foreign matter, allergen, chemical and pest control programs.
  • Process Compliance & Internal Audit
  • Tuân thủ quy trình và đánh giá nội bộ
  • Kiểm tra, giám sát việc tuân thủ các quy trình QA/QC, SOP, GMP và các quy định nội bộ.
  • Monitor compliance with QA/QC procedures, SOPs, GMP and company requirements.
  • Thực hiện các cuộc đánh giá nội bộ và theo dõi việc khắc phục các điểm không phù hợp.
  • Conduct internal audits and monitor corrective actions for identified non-conformities.
  • Tham gia chuẩn bị và phối hợp trong các cuộc đánh giá của khách hàng, chứng nhận và cơ quan quản lý.
  • Participate in customer, certification and regulatory audits.
  • Non-conformance, CAPA & Continuous Improvement
  • Quản lý sự không phù hợp, CAPA và cải tiến
  • Lập báo cáo Non-conformance Report (NCR) đối với các sự không phù hợp.
  • Prepare Non-conformance Reports (NCRs) for identified quality issues.
  • Thực hiện điều tra nguyên nhân gốc (Root Cause Analysis) bằng các công cụ như 5 Why, Fishbone hoặc các phương pháp phù hợp.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis using tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone or other appropriate methodologies.
  • Thiết lập, theo dõi và xác minh hiệu lực của các hành động khắc phục và phòng ngừa (CAPA).
  • Develop, implement and verify the effectiveness of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
  • Theo dõi xu hướng lỗi, phân tích dữ liệu chất lượng và đề xuất các hoạt động cải tiến.
  • Analyze quality trends and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
