Specific Accountabilities
Support sales team to secure new customers and create business opportunities for Freight Forwarding/Logistics services in Vietnam and internationally.
Searching for and expanding new customer target lists.
Take care of customers and maintain strong relationships.
Develop customer network and support market development based on company strategy.
Assist in achieving sales targets and contributing to the company’s business growth.
Collaborate with internal departments to monitor shipments and assist in solving arising Issues during service delivery.
Prepare reports and perform tasks assigned by Sales manager.
