Overview

Import Operations
Draft and review contracts with suppliers, manufacturers, freight forwarders, and customers.
Prepare, review, and manage import documentation, customs declarations, and all related shipping documents, payment with suppliers.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping lines, suppliers, and government authorities to ensure smooth customs clearance.
Monitor shipment schedules and proactively resolve import or customs-related issues.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure products are received, stored, and released in compliance with GSP/GDP requirements.
Classify products and accurately declare HS Codes.
Update and implement new laws, regulations, circulars, and import requirements.
Artwork Review Support
Support the review of pharmaceutical product artwork, including labels, cartons, package inserts, and printed packaging materials before production or import.
Verify artwork information against approved product registration dossiers and coordinate internally with relevant departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs, QA, suppliers, and manufacturers regarding artwork revisions and approval status.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Prepare regular reports on import activities and work progress.
Propose process improvements to optimize customs clearance efficiency, operational costs, and compliance.
Perform other duties assigned by the Board of Directors.
