Overview

  • As the **TikTok Shop US Operations Manager**, you will lead the daily operation of the TikTok Shop business while working closely with management and cross-functional teams to drive sustainable growth.
  • Business Operations
  • Oversee the daily operation of TikTok Shop US to ensure smooth and efficient business performance.
  • Monitor store health, product performance, order fulfillment, customer experience, and operational KPIs.
  • Identify operational issues and implement improvement plans to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Business Growth & Campaign Planning
  • Work with management to develop business growth plans and quarterly objectives.
  • Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns, seasonal events, and product launches.
  • Continuously explore new opportunities to improve traffic, conversion, GMV, and profitability.
  • Content, Livestream & Marketing Collaboration
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Design, and Creator teams to improve short-form video content, livestream performance, affiliate programs, and advertising campaigns.
  • Review campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve business results.
  • Ensure all activities are aligned with business goals and market trends.
  • Team Leadership
  • Recruit, train, coach, and manage the TikTok Shop operations team.
  • Set clear goals, monitor performance, and support team members' professional growth.
  • Build efficient workflows and encourage a collaborative working environment.
  • Data Analysis & Performance Management
  • Monitor key business metrics including GMV, traffic, conversion rate, advertising performance, and customer retention.
  • Analyze business performance using data and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Make data-driven recommendations to improve operational efficiency and business growth.
  • Platform Compliance
  • Keep up to date with TikTok Shop US policies and platform changes.
  • Ensure store operations comply with platform regulations and maintain healthy account performance.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Product, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, IT, and overseas teams to ensure smooth execution across all business functions.
  • Coordinate resources and communicate effectively to support business objectives.
