Overview

Be able to understand drawings and specifications
Be able to raise intelligent queries re. any outstanding design information or discrepancies
Demonstrate an understanding of PSMM in daily works
Take off quantity of Pilling, Substructure, Superstructure, Architectural works
Reach a high standard in measurement
Be able to understand and measure CFA accurately
Make partially Bill of Quantity (BQ)
Be able to build up unit rate when required
Be able to assist to prepare Tender Document, Contract Documentation, Cost Estimation, Cost Plan and other reports
Assist to prepare partially Pre-Tender Estimation
