Overview
- Support research and analysis of commercial land, residential, and mixed-use development opportunities in line with the Company’s strategy.
- Assist in preparing and updating business plans, investment proposals, and project-related reports.
- Support commercial and financial feasibility studies under the guidance of senior team members.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external consultants in the preparation and submission of project documentation.
- Assist in liaising with relevant authorities regarding investment, land, planning, construction, and environmental procedures.
- Monitor the progress of submissions, consolidate feedback from authorities, and report updates to the team.
- Perform administrative and other duties as assigned by management.
