Overview

Lead and drive the multi-functional team to manage the operational quality activities meeting the KPIs (FPY, OBA, DOA, ORT and COPQ) for products assigned in the VN plant.
Control the product and process quality, including the raw materials, PCBA, and finished goods ensuring they meet the criteria and specifications.
Work closely with the supply chain team (SQE, CM, Buyer, Planner, Engineering, Production, Logistics) and the global team to maintain the operation system and engage to meet operation KPIs (OTD, Efficiency, Safety, Cost).
Take ownership to evaluate the new/change the parts/products at the Lab and control the pilot/experiment process in the production line.
Drive and support the operation team in the VN plant to resolve the quality issues as promptly as possible to prevent quality impact and recover the production plan soon.
Lead the operation team in the VN plant to identify the root cause by quality techniques (5 Whys, 4M, …) and take corrective/preventive action.
Review and make the documents related to new products and revised products.
