Overview
- Be responsible for the development of the NPI (from Engineering phase to MP) in terms of timeline, milestones achievement and coordination of activities of all Depts involved.
- Build & follow project (Motorcycle helmets) gantt, ensure project catch main milestones/production timing.
- Proposing solutions for open issues to guarantee project goes on smoothly.
- Support Design team from initial phase for design solution (If possible, could join design activities).
- Coordinate activities between Vietnam factory and HQ in Italy.
- Budgeting estimates and reporting.
