Overview

Lead, supervise, train, and develop the QC team; assign daily tasks, allocate workload, and monitor team performance to ensure inspections are completed accurately and on time.
Establish, implement, and maintain quality control procedures, inspection standards, work instructions, and related quality documentation.
Monitor product quality throughout the production process and ensure compliance with company standards, customer specifications, and applicable requirements.
Coordinate with customers to conduct AQL inspections and ensure products achieve satisfactory AQL inspection results prior to shipment.
Coordinate with Production, Planning, and suppliers to investigate quality issues and ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Review inspection and audit results, analyze quality trends and recurring defects, follow up on corrective and improvement action plans, and provide timely reports, recommendations, and escalation of significant quality risks, customer complaints, or unresolved issues to the Quality Manager and relevant stakeholders.
Support customer quality requirements, complaint investigations, and corrective action responses when required.
Recommend improvements to quality standards, inspection methods, work instructions, training plans, and quality control processes to reduce defects and improve operational efficiency.
Undertake other duties as requested by direct leadership or company management to support business needs.
