Overview
- Revenue and Accounts Receivable Management
- Issue invoices and recognize revenue for each sales channel (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.).
- Monitor accounts receivable from e-commerce platforms, shipping providers, payment service providers, and business partners.
- Verify the accuracy of revenue, collections, service fees, commissions, discounts, and other adjustments.
- Record accounting entries related to revenue, accounts receivable, and associated costs in compliance with accounting regulations.
- Review and record transactions related to product returns, refunds, vouchers, promotions, trade discounts, and shipping subsidies.
- Payment Reconciliation
- Reconcile revenue and cash receipts between:
- The ERP system
- Reports from e-commerce platforms.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve reconciliation discrepancies.
- Monitor outstanding settlements and follow up on missing or short payments from e-commerce platforms.
- Reporting
- Prepare reconciliation reports analyzing differences between recorded revenue and revenue reported by e-commerce platforms monthly.
