Overview

Shift-Left & Requirements Grooming: Apply Shift-Left testing principles by engaging early with BAs and Product Owners during requirement grooming to analyze specs, clarify business logic, and prevent defects before development begins.
Test Strategy & Web Execution: Define test plans, write detailed test cases, and execute end-to-end testing for web applications (including cross-browser and mobile responsive testing) and backend APIs.
Test Automation & Tooling: Maintain and execute automated test scripts (Selenium/Playwright/Postman) within the CI/CD pipeline to optimize testing workflows.
Defect Management & Quality Governance: Log, track, and analyze bugs using Jira; report key quality metrics and establish standard testing practices across projects.
Mentorship & Communication: Mentor junior/mid-level QA members and communicate proactively with internal team members and stakeholders.
