Overview

Creating booking in system, Updating & Sending Booking Acknowledge to customer within timeframe
Receiving booking information as well as ensuring the equipment arrangements for Operation Dept, timely follow-up
Receiving shipping instruction from customer via COSCO system; Customer declaration (AMS/ENS/E-manifest); Checking & amending B/L as customer request regarding cargo weight, commodity, certificate; Freight Calculation; Issue Proforma BL
Booking & vessel clean-up within timeframe
Create/Verify/Update Customer Profile in the system
Handling of customer enquiries and requests professionally to maximize customers’ satisfaction. Tactful in dealing with customer concerns, services recovery, and special service requirements
Improve bottom line results by collecting customer feedback for management review and/or suggesting ways to enhance work efficiency
On duty list after working hour to check export list with ports
Carry out / translate related Chinese reports
Other Task required by manager
