Overview

Set up, maintain and improve the efficiency of warehouse processes.
Responsible for the warehouse management including labor, equipment, layout and inventory.
Manage the overall operations of the warehouse: Receiving, put away, kitting, return, inventory, loading and unloading process.
Responsible for the efficient and safe operation of all materials handling equipment such as overhead crane, forklift.
Responsible for inventory accuracy from both internal warehouse and external warehouse.
Control and analyze inventory levels for demand plans for both inventory and cost efficiency.
Control and manage physical inventory movements through transactions in ERP.
Organize the physical count daily and periodically.
Ensure the optimal utilization of space through warehouse consolidation.
Complete all necessary daily, weekly, monthly, and reports in a timely and accurate.
Other tasks as assigned by Plant Director.
