Overview
- Candidate Profile: INS Energy Technology is looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer with a strong technical foundation, a passion for research and problem-solving, and the ability to communicate and work effectively in English. Experience in solar system design using PVsyst is highly preferred.
- This role will be responsible for performing electrical calculations, system simulations, and engineering designs for solar power systems, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and other advanced energy solutions, ensuring optimal performance and power quality for industrial and commercial (C&I) clients.
- Conduct site assessments, system analysis, and technical evaluations of existing electrical systems to ensure successful integration of Solar Rooftop, BESS, and other emerging energy solutions.
- Perform electrical calculations, simulations, and optimization studies, including power quality analysis, capacitor bank systems, harmonic filtering, energy metering, and load analysis.
- Design and simulate Solar Rooftop solutions for commercial and industrial (C&I) customers, ensuring technical feasibility and operational efficiency.
- Perform calculations, simulations, and performance evaluations for Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) applications, including Demand Management, PV + BESS, and Energy Arbitrage.
- Research, evaluate, and support the implementation of advanced energy technologies such as Microgrid, Smart Grid, Virtual Power Plant (VPP), and EV Charging Stations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to propose suitable technical solutions while keeping up to date with the latest developments in energy technologies and power quality management.
