  • Position Overview
  • Supply Chain Coordination
  • Coordinate end-to-end supply chain operations across multiple regions, ensuring seamless integration between procurement, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Develop and maintain logistics strategies aligned with Huawei's business goals and market expansion plans.
  • Transportation Management
  • Manage air, ocean, rail, and road freight operations to optimize delivery schedules and reduce transit times.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with third-party logistics providers (3PL) and freight forwarders.
  • Inventory Control
  • Monitor and control inventory levels across warehouses and distribution centers to minimize carrying costs while maintaining service levels.
  • Implement demand forecasting models and safety stock policies.
  • Supplier & Vendor Management
  • Evaluate, select, and manage logistics vendors and suppliers based on performance metrics, cost efficiency, and compliance.
  • Conduct regular supplier audits and performance reviews.
  • Compliance & Safety Management
  • Ensure all logistics operations comply with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and Huawei's internal policies.
  • Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards across all logistics activities.
  • Cost Control & Optimization
  • Develop and manage logistics budgets, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce logistics costs without compromising service quality.
  • Team Building & Leadership
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing logistics team.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.
