Overview
- Monitor and ensure project processes comply with company standards and quality procedures
- Audit project activities, documentation, and deliverables to maintain high quality standards
- Identify risks, gaps, and process non-compliance; propose improvement solutions
- Work closely with Project Managers and teams to ensure proper process implementation
- Track and report quality metrics, project health, and compliance status
- Participate in building, improving, and standardizing internal processes
- Support teams in adopting best practices (Agile/Scrum, SDLC, etc.)
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in QA, PQA, or Software Process Management
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and quality standards
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with ISO/CMMI or process frameworks is a plus
