Overview

Leading the team from different department to Develop, Implement and Improve Program management processes and procedures.
Responsible to work with multinational teams to generate clear project definitions and requirements.
Understands all phases related to development of consumer electronic products from start to finish.
Generate and Execute Program Management plan.
Manage all aspects of internal and external communications during different phases of the project.
Confer with project staffs to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.
Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
Review status reports from project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required.
Prepare project reports for management, clients, or others.
Confer with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.
Bachelor degree in Engineering or related discipline, with 3+ years of experience in managing large cross-functional projects.
Project Management Professional Certification a plus.
Experienced in Program Management of ODM/OEM manufacturing and design partners.
Experienced in Smart Home IOT and or Floorcare consumer products highly preferred.
Well-organized with strong coordination, communication and project leading abilities.
Good command of spoken Mandarin or English.
Excellent on using Microsoft Office tools, Excel, Projects
