Overview

Support monthly payroll processing, statutory insurance, employee benefits, and final settlements accurately and on time.
Prepare labor contracts and HR documentation while maintaining accurate and confidential employee records.
Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, offboarding, clearance, and exit procedures.
Support recruitment activities, including job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
Coordinate performance appraisal processes and support salary reviews, promotions, and related documentation.
Support employee engagement activities, internal communications, company events, and employee inquiries.
Coordinate visas, work permits, TRCs, and other expatriate-related procedures in compliance with applicable regulations.
Prepare statutory labor reports and support compliance with Vietnamese labor regulations and company policies.
Maintain HR data and prepare regular reports on headcount, attendance, turnover, and other HR metrics.
Coordinate with HR/Admin vendors and support audits, internal projects, and general administrative activities.
Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned to support business operations.
