Overview

  • ERP & Business Application Support
  • Hỗ trợ người dùng ERP, MES và các ứng dụng doanh nghiệp.
  • Phân tích, xử lý và theo dõi các lỗi phát sinh trong hệ thống.
  • Hỗ trợ cấu hình, kiểm thử và triển khai các yêu cầu thay đổi hệ thống.
  • Đào tạo và hướng dẫn người dùng sử dụng hệ thống hiệu quả.
  • Provide support for ERP, MES, and other business applications.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and track system issues and incidents.
  • Assist with system configuration, testing, and deployment of change requests.
  • Train and guide users to ensure effective system utilization.
  • Application Development & Automation
  • Phát triển và cải tiến các ứng dụng nội bộ phục vụ hoạt động kinh doanh.
  • Xây dựng các giải pháp tự động hóa quy trình bằng Power Platform hoặc các công cụ tương đương.
  • Tham gia thiết kế, kiểm thử và triển khai các giải pháp số hóa.
  • Develop and enhance internal applications to support business operations.
  • Build workflow automation solutions using Power Platform or equivalent tools.
  • Participate in the design, testing, and implementation of digitalization initiatives.
  • Reporting & Data Analytics
  • Phát triển báo cáo quản trị, dashboard và công cụ phân tích dữ liệu.
  • Hỗ trợ người dùng khai thác dữ liệu phục vụ ra quyết định.
  • Đảm bảo tính chính xác và nhất quán của dữ liệu hệ thống.
  • Develop management reports, dashboards, and data analytics solutions.
  • Support users in extracting and analyzing data for business decision-making.
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of system data.
  • System Integration
  • Thực hiện tích hợp giữa ERP, MES, Power BI, Power Platform và các hệ thống khác.
  • Hỗ trợ quản lý dữ liệu và trao đổi dữ liệu giữa các ứng dụng.
  • Làm việc với nhà cung cấp và các bộ phận liên quan trong các dự án tích hợp hệ thống
  • Implement and maintain integrations between ERP, MES, Power BI, Power Platform, and other business systems.
  • Support data management and data exchange across applications.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders on system integration projects.
  • Project & Continuous Improvement
  • Thu thập và phân tích yêu cầu nghiệp vụ từ các phòng ban.
  • Đề xuất các giải pháp cải tiến quy trình thông qua công nghệ.
  • Tham gia triển khai các dự án ERP, MES và chuyển đổi số của công ty.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements from various departments.
  • Recommend technology-driven solutions to improve business processes.
  • Participate in ERP, MES, and digital transformation projects across the organization.
  • General IT Support
  • Hỗ trợ Microsoft 365 và các ứng dụng văn phòng.
  • Hỗ trợ người dùng các vấn đề CNTT cơ bản khi cần thiết.
