Overview

Shipment planning
Plan and coordinate shipments for the EMEA region to ensure timely delivery
Create and manage outbound deliveries, freight bookings, trucking orders, and service orders in SAP
Coordinate with third-party logistics providers (transporters, carriers, forwarders, and warehouses) to secure bookings and arrange on time shipments
Monitor packing, loading, and Quality Control (QC) release status
Handle shipping plan deviations and resolve logistics issues promptly
Trucking
Oversee trucking planning, container sealing, and gate pass processes
Coordinate trucking activities and manage container-related issues
Shipping Document
Prepare Bill of Lading (BL) instructions and shipping documents, including Certificates of Health, Phytosanitary Certificates, Traceability documents, and other export documentation
Receive, verify, upload, and submit shipping documents accurately and on time
Prepare Freight Settlement Documents (FSD) for each freight booking in a timely manner
Customer service
Maintain strong customer communication and ensure high service levels throughout the shipment and delivery process
Collaboration
Work closely with the Planning, Warehouse, QC and Sales teams in daily operations.
Coordinate with various Carriers, Transporters, Authorities, and external partners to arrange deliveries and documentation.
Report progress, issues, and improvement actions to the Logistics Supervisor/Manager.
