Overview

Assist the recruitment process related to collect recruitment plan, collect candidate information, contact with candidate
Conduct employee onboarding related to receive new employee, orientation training, collect employee profile, documents, data information,… for new employee
Implement contract management related to collect evaluation for expiring employee contract, prepare employee contract, termination procedure,…
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
Provide support to time attendance of employees
Support to employees related topics and resolve any issues that may arise

Perform payroll tasks related to attendance record, calculate and execute payment of salary, SHUI, PIT, benefit,… for employee
Implement SHUI tasks related to collect and review documents, declare on SHUI software, work with the social insurance department
Implement health and accident insurance tasks related to work with supplier for annual package, collect list of beneficiaries, check expense and make payment request for supplier, support and instruct beneficiaries for information, app installation,…
EXPATRIATES SERVICES (15%)
Provide services for foreign employees (Work Permit, Visa, TRC, accomodation, flight ticket, car rental, register of phone number, SIM, wifi,…)
Support to foreign employees related topics and resolve any issues that may arise
HR SUPPORT (10%)
Coordinate for training and employee relations activities (prepare documents, arrange meeting rooms, collect data and documents,…)
Participate in human resources activities and company events
OTHER TASKS (5%)
Perform other tasks as assigned by direct manager
