Recruitment (40%)
Develop recruitment plans; post job advertisements; screen resumes; conduct interviews; coordinate hiring for management, supervisory, team leader, service staff, kitchen staff, cashiers, and cleaners; monitor and evaluate recruitment effectiveness.
Training & Onboarding (20%)
Organize employee onboarding programs; monitor probationary periods; coordinate the development of training materials; assess employee competencies and support succession planning.
Employee Relations (15%)
Manage employee records and labor contracts; oversee attendance and annual leave; ensure labor discipline compliance; handle employee relations matters.

Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Finance & Accounting, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably within the F&B industry or restaurant chains.
Hands-on experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector is highly preferred.
Proficient in English or Chinese (spoken and written).
Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law, Social Insurance (SI) regulations, recruitment, and employee training & development.
Proficient in using Social Insurance declaration software and HTKK (Tax Declaration Software), with practical experience handling social insurance procedures and Personal Income Tax (PIT) declarations in compliance with regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and recruitment skills.

Consolidate attendance records; calculate payroll; manage social insurance (SI) administration; monitor and control personnel costs.
Corporate Culture (10%)
Organize employee engagement activities, including birthday celebrations, team-building events, year-end parties (YEP), internal contests, and employee engagement programs.
Reporting (5%)
Prepare HR reports on workforce changes, recruitment performance, personnel costs, and labor productivity.
Competitive salary of up to VND 20 million, negotiable based on qualifications and experience, with an annual salary review.
