Overview

  • CHUNG
  • Chịu trách nhiệm lập kế hoạch, theo dõi tiến độ sản xuất và đảm bảo đơn hàng được thực hiện đúng kế hoạch, đủ nguyên vật liệu và kịp thời gian xuất hàng.
  • Tiếp nhận và lên kế hoạch: Nhận đơn hàng từ bộ phận MR, phân tích năng lực từng chuyền để lập kế hoạch tổng thể và chi tiết cho từng chuyền may.
  • Theo dõi nguyên vật liệu: Theo dõi tình hình cung ứng nguyên phụ liệu (vải, phụ liệu), đảm bảo vật tư về kịp thời cho sản xuất.
  • Triển khai sản xuất: Theo dõi sát sao tiến độ may hàng ngày để kịp lịch xuất hàng.
  • Xử lý sự cố: Theo dõi và tìm giải pháp khắc phục các vấn đề phát sinh trong quá trình sản xuất.
  • Order receiving and planning: Receive orders from the MR department, analyze the capacity of each sewing line to develop overall and detailed production plans for each line.
  • Material monitoring: Track the supply status of raw materials and accessories (fabric, trims) to ensure materials are delivered on time for production.
  • Production implementation: Closely monitor daily sewing progress to ensure shipments are delivered on schedule.
  • Issue handling: Monitor and find solutions to resolve problems arising during the production process.

Requirements

  • Kinh nghiệm chuyên môn:
  • Có nền tảng tốt về phân tích dữ liệu, thành thạo hệ thống ERP, Power BI và Excel VBA.
  • Kinh nghiệm tại các cơ sở sản xuất hàng may mặc là điểm cộng.

  • Lĩnh vực chuyên ngành: nhân viên kế hoạch.
  • Chuyên môn kỹ thuật:
  • Khả năng ngoại ngữ: Anh văn giao tiếp.
  • Khả năng tin học: Microsoft Office.

  • Professional experience:
  • Good background in data analyze, familiar with ERP system + power BI. Excel VBA.
  • Relevant experience at garment facility is a pluss.
