Overview

Supply Planning & Inventory Monitoring
Receive demand forecasts from relevant departments to coordinate and develop optimal purchasing and ordering plans for the company.
Monitor and maintain optimal safety stock levels company-wide (across physical warehouses and e-commerce marketplaces), providing timely alerts regarding stock shortage or overstock risks.
Track production schedules and lead times with suppliers and factories to ensure timely product supply.
Warehouse Operations Overseeing & Inventory Reconciliation
Lead periodic inventory audits and reconciliation between physical stock, system records, and shipping data to ensure accuracy and transparency.
Coordinate the resolution of issues related to slow-moving inventory, defective goods, or returns/refunds.
Logistics & Documentation Tracking
Monitor inbound shipment status and supplier lead times to ensure supply continuity and inventory availability.
Coordinate with logistics partners as part of inventory replenishment planning activities.
Process Improvement & Cross-functional Coordination
Participate in building and standardizing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize day-to-day operational efficiency within the company.
Apply Business Analyst (BA) mindset to identify operational bottlenecks; standardize and map out cross-functional workflows/process mappings.
Support and guide junior staff or newcomers to enhance the overall capability of the operations team.
