- 100% focus on new business development by identifying, approaching, and acquiring new clients in the eCommerce industry (local and cross-border sellers).
- Proactively conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and networking to generate qualified leads.
- Build and develop new client relationships through business meetings, industry events, and market research.
- Understand clients' business needs and recommend suitable digital marketing and eCommerce solutions.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals with clients.
- Collaborate with the Account and Operations teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
