Overview

Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and factory, including office areas as well as general facilities.
Maintain all production machinery to ensure it’s at working standards.
Create and implement maintenance procedures.
Conduct regular inspections of the factory facilities (production machines, air conditioning, air compressors, lighting, water supply, doors, windows, low-voltage power distribution) to detect and resolve problems.
Plan and manage all repair and installation activities.
Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of equipment during machine service.
Lead all maintenance processes.
Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance.
Make repair schedules and evaluate repair cost estimates.
