Overview

Lead and supervise the daily operations of the CNC Programming team to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets are achieved.
Develop, verify, and optimize CNC programs using CAM software in accordance with engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Improve machining processes, tooling, and production methods to enhance efficiency, reduce manufacturing costs, and improve product quality.
Analyze machining and production issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including part lists, production drawings, CNC programs, and engineering change (ECN) recommendations.
Design jigs and fixtures to support production and improve manufacturing efficiency.
Monitor CNC programming and machining performance, analyze process data, and recommend optimization opportunities.
Coach, train, and provide technical guidance to team members while supporting their competency development.
Responsible for production operation management, output, productivity, quality, and delivery performance.
In charge of workshop coordination, HC planning, and machine capacity management.
Responsible for driving quality improvement and working closely with QC/IPQC/QA and Quality teams.
To work for continuous improvement and manufacturing capability development responsibilities.
Other tasks related to work requirements assigned by direct supervisor.
