Overview

  • Integrated MT/GT Channel Management: Build partnerships and expand new sales networks targeting convenience stores (CVS), hypermarkets, and local wholesalers/retailers.
  • Field Promotion Execution: Execute trade marketing tailored to channel characteristics and optimize planograms.
  • Cold Chain Inventory Management: Manage First-In-First-Out (FIFO) and shelf life for temperature-sensitive products, and minimize out-of-stock and disposal rates.
  • Field Risk Response: Monitor compliance with Vietnam's food safety regulations (e.g., Decree 46/2026/NĐ-CP) and provide primary crisis response in the event of hygiene or equipment issues in stores.
  • Sales Data Reporting: Prepare monthly/quarterly reports through the analysis of sales performance and promotional results.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience in ice cream, dairy, or cold chain foods within the Vietnamese FMCG market (Experience in both MT and GT channels is required).
  • Tenure Requirement: A proven track record of at least 3 consecutive years of employment at a single company is required.
  • Language: Proficient in business communication in either Korean or English (for internal reporting purposes).
  • Competency: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and highly skilled in sales data analysis.
  • Ability to maintain an optimal balance between the system-driven sales operations of MT and the relationship-oriented field sales of GT.
  • Proven experience in handling food hygiene claims and field crisis management.
  • Long-term tenure and team management experience within the same industry (FMCG, dairy, cold chain).
