Overview

Request processing: Receiving, answering questions and processing customer requests via call center or directly at the office.
Contract management: Assisting customers in searching, adjusting information, paying premiums and managing insurance benefits.
Complaint resolution: Handling and clarifying customer complaints, coordinating with relevant departments (such as Underwriting, Claims) to provide satisfactory answers.
Care and consultation: Providing information about products, promotional programs and assisting customers in registering and using the online portal.
