  • I, Product Development
  • a, Product Development
  • Participate in the development of life insurance products, ensuring they are aligned with the company's strategic objectives and adhere to project timelines.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and launch new products.
  • b, Taking part in product projects and coordinating between internal and external resources for the project execution to deliver products and product packages, including:
  • Execute market research and analysis regarding competitors' product features
  • Coordinate to define product value proposition and product commercial design
  • Determine and define project scope and objectives
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
  • II, Product Monitoring
  • a, Coordinate with stakeholders to consolidate:
  • Sales and customer feedback about the product after launching
  • Possible impacts on existing products (regulatory impacts, risk impacts, financial impacts, etc.)
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to analyze the issues (if any) and to propose solutions
  • b, Manage follow-up actions to resolve issues.
  • a, Qualification: University degree (or above), preferably in Business, Finance, Insurance, Marketing, or related fields
  • b, Experience: At least 2 years of relevant working experience in product/project management in the Insurance/Banking industry
  • c, Certification
  • The following are encouraged to have:
  • Certifications in Project Management / Product Management / Product Owner from certified professional bodies
  • LOMA certifications
