Overview

Purpose of this role: Support the preparation and analysis of financial reporting under IFRS 17 and IFRS 9, ensuring compliance with regulatory and accounting requirements while contributing to reporting automation and data governance initiatives.
Financial Reporting & Analysis
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports under IFRS 17 and IFRS 9.
Support financial closing activities, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
Ensure compliance with VAS, IFRS, regulatory requirements, and company reporting policies.
Support internal and external audit requests and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to resolve reporting queries.
Perform financial and operational analyses to support management decision-making.
Reporting Automation & Data Management
Participate in the design, testing, and enhancement of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to support reporting automation.
Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of source data and reporting outputs.
Work closely with Finance, Actuarial, IT, and Data teams to improve reporting efficiency and data quality.
Support the development and maintenance of reporting databases, data models, and dashboards.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in reporting processes, controls, and data governance.
