Overview

  • Hỗ trợ về sự kiện và kĩ thuật:
  • o Tiến hành đào tạo và hội thảo cho nông dân để nâng cao hiểu biết và cách sử dụng sản phẩm.
  • o Cung cấp hỗ trợ và tư vấn thực địa về các phương pháp bón phân tốt nhất, quản lý cây trồng và giải quyết vấn đề phát sinh
  • Trình diễn & Làm khảo nghiệm:
  • o Lên kế hoạch và thực hiện trình diễn sản phẩm để giới thiệu hiệu quả và phương pháp ứng dụng phù hợp.
  • o Theo dõi các thử nghiệm thực tế, thu thập dữ liệu hiệu suất và chia sẻ kết quả với các nhóm nội bộ.
  • Phản hồi thông tin chi tiết về thị trường:
  • o Thu thập và phân tích phản hồi về các cơ hội và thử thách theo mùa vụ và các vấn đề về cây trồng.
  • o Tổng hợp thông tin chi tiết từ nông dân và xu hướng của ngành để cung cấp thông tin cho các chiến lược phát triển sản phẩm và tiếp thị.
  • Tạo nội dung:
  • o Viết nội dung kỹ thuật hấp dẫn và xác đáng cho phương tiện truyền thông xã hội và các tài liệu quảng cáo khác.
  • o Phối hợp với bộ phận tiếp thị để đảm bảo thông điệp nhất quán và nhiều thông tin trên các nền tảng.
  • We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Agronomist to support our marketing and on-field activities. The ideal candidate will offer hands-on technical support, organize farmer trainings, conduct product demonstrations, gather field insights, and create technical content for social media platforms for Marketing team.
  • Field Support & Training:• Conduct farmer trainings and workshops to enhance product understanding and usage.
  • Provide on-field support and advice on best fertilization practices, crop management, and issue resolution.
  • Demonstrations & Trials:• Plan and execute product demonstrations to showcase effectiveness and proper application methods.
  • Monitor field trials, gather performance data, and share results with internal teams.
  • Market Feedback & Insights:• Collect and analyze feedback on seasonal challenges and crop issues.
  • Compile insights from farmers and industry trends to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Content Creation:• Write engaging, accurate technical content for social media and other promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure consistent and informative messaging across platforms.

Requirements

  • Bằng cử nhân Nông học, Nông nghiệp hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan.
  • Kinh nghiệm thực tế và có số liệu chứng minh trong lĩnh vực khuyến nông, đào tạo hoặc hỗ trợ thực tế.
  • Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt bằng tiếng Việt. Biết tiếng Anh là một lợi thế.
  • Có khả năng đi công tác thường xuyên ở khu vực Phía Bắc
  • Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or related field.
  • Proven experience in agricultural extension, training, or field support.
  • Strong communication skills in Vietnamese. English is a plus.
  • Ability to travel regularly in North
