Overview
- Thực hiện bảo trì dự phòng (PM) theo kế hoạch đã được phê duyệt / Perform preventive maintenance (PM) according to approved schedules.
- Thực hiện bảo trì khắc phục và sửa chữa khẩn cấp cho máy móc, thiết bị và cơ sở vật chất / Carry out corrective maintenance and emergency repairs for machinery and facilities.
- Chẩn đoán và xử lý sự cố liên quan đến cơ khí, điện, khí nén và thủy lực / Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
- Đảm bảo mọi công việc bảo trì tuân thủ quy định an toàn, quy trình LOTO và các quy định nội bộ của công ty / Ensure maintenance work complies with safety regulations, LOTO, and company procedures.
- Kiểm tra tình trạng thiết bị và báo cáo các bất thường cho Trưởng nhóm Bảo trì / Inspect equipment condition and report abnormalities to Maintenance Team Leader.
- Ghi chép đầy đủ các hoạt động bảo trì, sự cố và sửa chữa vào nhật ký hoặc hệ thống quản lý bảo trì / Record maintenance activities, breakdowns, and repairs in maintenance logs or systems.
- Hỗ trợ lắp đặt, cải tạo và nâng cấp thiết bị khi có yêu cầu / Support installation, modification, and improvement of equipment when required.
- Duy trì vệ sinh và trật tự khu vực làm việc được phân công / Maintain cleanliness and order of assigned work areas.
- Hỗ trợ các công việc bảo trì khác theo sự phân công của cấp trên / Support other maintenance tasks as assigned by supervisor.
- Tốt nghiệp trung cấp/đào tạo nghề chuyên ngành Điện hoặc liên quan.
- Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm bảo trì trong môi trường nhà máy/kho vận.
- Có kỹ năng sửa chữa, xử lý sự cố thực tế.
- Sẵn sàng tăng ca, trực sự cố khi có yêu cầu
- Ý thức an toàn tốt, cẩn thận trong công việc.
- Sức khỏe tốt, đáp ứng công việc bảo trì.
