Overview

Ensure effective planning, scheduling, and coordination of all maintenance activities in order to minimize equipment downtime, optimize resources, and support continuous operations.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
Develop, update, and manage preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and systems.
Prepare work orders, checklists, and technical documents for the maintenance team.
Monitor equipment conditions and propose timely repair or replacement.
Coordinate with Production to arrange suitable maintenance schedules, minimizing disruption.
Liaise with external service providers when outsourcing is required.
Ensure availability of spare parts, tools, and materials for maintenance work.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and update CMMS/Excel system regularly.
Analyze breakdown data, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
Support budget preparation and track maintenance costs.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, company rules, and legal requirements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, and TPM.

College/University degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields.
At least 2–3 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in planning or a similar role.
Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) or other planning tools.
Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Responsible, detail-oriented, proactive, and safety-conscious.
